Dear Sirs and Madams:

I am writing to counterbalance some dangerous presuppositions pertaining to Islam, in general, and to Israel, in particular that our nation's leaders have historically embraced, which have resulted in an erosion of our security, a drain on our economy, and a deepening of the conflict.  Change, indeed, is in the air; yet, the change Americans will encounter will be insurrection upon our soil if our foreign policy regarding these two critical matters continues to be based upon erroneous assumptions that lack honest evaluation of the root causes of this conflict.

Islam is not a religion of peace.  It is the path to jihad.

Jihad is a “divine” institution of warfare.  Its purpose is to extend Islam into non-Islamic territories.  The Qur’an compels Muslims to fight the kafir – disbelievers who resist or reject Islam – until Allah’s name is supreme and his will is firmly established as the ultimate authority in the world.  Engaging in jihad is fard – a compulsory duty for all Muslims.  The Arabic root word for jihad, jahada, has numerous meanings and connotations; yet, the overriding principle is to exhaust oneself to the utmost effort, and to fight without rest.  For the Muslim, jihad begins as an internal struggle to strive for perfection – perfection as outlined in the Qur’an.  When the Qur’an instructs Muslims to wage jihad, the Arabic word used is qaatala, to combat/strive to kill/fight with weapons to kill: thus, the more zealous the adherent to Islam, the more radical the outworking of that individual’s spiritual walk.  In Islamic teaching, the martyr’s merit exceeds that of all others and the person who dies while engaging in jihad commits the ultimate act of ibadat: worship.  According to Ahadith, the oral traditions eulogizing the Islamic messenger Muhammad’s words and deeds, the martyr enjoys six privileges with Allah: the pardoning of sins as the first drop of infidel blood falls; the rite of passage into eternal bliss to a seat in paradise; safety from the punishment of the grave and great terror (hell); a crown of dignity – one jewel having more worth than the entire world; marriage to 70 dark-eyed virgins, and successful intercession for 70 relatives.  Islam teaches that those who equip warriors in the way of Allah and those who care for the families of the martyrs have themselves fought in the path of Allah (qitaal).  In practical application, there are two types of jihads: al-Jihad al-Dafa’ah, the defensive jihad, and al-Jihad al-Mubadahah, the offensive jihad.  By principle, jihad is offensive.  Muslims initiate the fighting to spread the boundary and domain of Islam.  Jihad utilizes non-conventional fighting wherever military force is not applicable, and military force wherever applicable when diplomacy fails, in order to remove obstacles that Islam faces in carrying out its ideology to mankind.  Islamic states set up governmental offices to support jihad.  The families of martyrs receive comfortable stipends from their respective governments, and in the case of fledgling Islamic entities, from established sponsoring regimes, as well as from Islamic charitable community outreach organizations.  Conventional wisdom insists that jihad is carried out by only a fringe group of extremists; yet, such consolations ignore the Islamic revolutionary reality that is the fruit of Qur'anic dictates.  There are no shortages of imams and scholars lauding jihad, no scarcity of martyrs in training, and no lack of missions to carry out.  Victimized countries and special territories effected by the modern-day jihadist renaissance include, but are not limited to: Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Mauritania, Bahrain, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Cypress, Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Tunisia, Eritrea, Russia, Chechnya, Ingushetia, Tajikistan, Dagestan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan, China, Kosovo, Serbia, Philippines, Indonesia, Moluccas, Aceh, Sulawesi, Thailand, Argentina, Morocco, and the United Kingdom.  Currently, the United States, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kenya, and several European countries such as Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy are experiencing Islamic infiltration and/or low-level power struggles that are – comparatively speaking -- muted.  The success of the jihadists is largely a result of the community that supports them.  Jihad and martyrdom are championed in all facets of Islamic life; across all socioeconomic strata.  It is an obligatory and sacred duty on the part of the entire worldwide Islamic community – the Ummah – to participate in jihad: from revisionist teaching within the halls of learning, to manipulating unstable minds of the disaffected on the streets and within the prisions, to financing operations and operatives via faith-based organizations, businesses and professional coteries, to spreading hate propanganda and serving as weapons depots in Mosques, to infiltrating the most sensitive posts within government – a corroborative; collective, continuous effort within the host countries to facilitate Muslim warriors with their grisly agenda.  The Qur'an is replete with incitations and solicitations to fight the infidel and oppressor -- infidels being non-Muslims who refuse Islam; oppressors being those who stand in the way of Islam's advance.  Here are some representative examples: Surah 5:37: “The recompense of those who make war on Allah and his messenger and exert themselves to cause corruption in the land is that they should be killed or crucified, or that their hands and feet on opposite sides should be cut off, or that they should be banished from the land; that is the humiliation for them in this world, and in the hereafter is for them a mighty punishment.”  Surah 8:40-41: “Fight them until there is no dissension and the religion is entirely Allah’s; if they desist, Allah of what they do is observant.  But if they turn away, then know that Allah is your patron.  Excellent patron!  Excellent helper!”  Surah 9:112: “Allah hath bought from the believers (Muslims) their persons and their goods at the price of the garden (paradise) for them, fighting in the way of Allah and killing and being killed – a promise binding upon him in the Torah, the Evangel, and the Qur’an; and who fulfils his covenant better than Allah?  So rejoice in the bargain ye have made with him; that is the mighty bliss.”  

Allah is a pre-Islamic Arabian deity.  He is not the Judeo-Christian G-d of America's founding fathers.

The Quraysh tribe, to which Muhammad was born circa C.E. 570, served as custodian of the Ka’bah, a spiritual center with a “sacred” black stone, likely a meteorite, which was said to have magical powers.  At least 360 Arabian deities were worshiped at this temple.  Today, the Ka’bah is a cuboidal structure with the stone situated on its eastern side.  Considered the most sacred of Islamic temples, the Ka'bah draws millions of Muslim pilgrims (Hajj) to Mecca to fulfill the fifth pillar of Islam.  Muslims circle the cube seven times, kiss the stone, believed to impart holiness, and ritualistically throw stones at the devil.  The ceremony is redolent of the pagan worship that took place at this site in Muhammad’s time.  Among the pantheon of 360-plus gods Muhammad’s tribe had guardianship over, they were especially loyal to one particular deity, which historians and other scholars associate with the ancient moon deity.  Moon worship was prevalent in Muhammad’s time in his region.  Today, crescent moons crown mosques and minarets, and appear on the flags of Islamic states.  This ancient male deity was believed to have three intercessory goddess daughters, Al-Lat, Al-Uzza and Manat, the Sun, Venus and Fortune, respectively, all esteemed by the Quraysh tribe.  Muhammad’s relatives named themselves after these deities, and Muhammad sacrificed to Al-Uzza.  The Qur'an gives conflicting accounts of Muhammad's calling as messenger, but he received visitations from the male deity while in Mecca, C.E. 610-622, and Medina, C.E. 622-632, and his disciples recorded the resulting revelations on scraps of palm leaves, animal skins, rocks, and bones.  Early Muslim tradition and Islamic scholars report that whenever Muhammad received visitations, he would collapse, jerk uncontrollably, roll his eyes backward, heavily perspire, and fall into a trancelike state.  Such occurrences were not unusual for Muhammad, who suffered from delusional visitations as a child.  During one particular visitation in his childhood, he appeared very pale before his mother and reported that two men in white robes knocked him down, split open his belly, and stirred up his insides.  The Qur’an makes reference to this visitation in Surah 94:1: “Have we not expanded for thee thy breast, and removed from thee thy burden which broke thy back, and have raised for thee thy reputation?”  Embarrassed Muslim apologists moved the occurrence to a period after Muhammad’s call as a messenger and revisionists placed the incident immediately before his purported ascension to heaven.  In his adulthood, Muhammad was troubled by his visitations and he concluded that he was demon possessed and thus attempted suicide.  His wife intervened and became one of his first converts, and he began secretly preaching to his family.  Taking his message public, Muhammad placed the male deity so beloved by his tribe at the top of the pantheon of deites and professed that this deity was al-Ilah, or Allah.  Allah is a derivative of the compound Arabic word, al-llah, al is the definite article the, and Ilah is a purely Arabic word for god.  Muhammad asserted that Allah was the only god and that this deity had no offspring.  However, in his quest to elevate his status and to win over other tribal members to his new religion, he vacillated on his message and incorporated the three popular goddess daughters into a revelation, which was captured in Surah 53:19: “These are the swans exalted; whose intercession is to be hoped for; Have ye considered Al-Lat and Al-Uzza, And the third, Manat, the other?”  This verse has since fallen victim to abrogation – it dropped out of existence from later Qur’ans, a typical practice employed when a verse becomes unpopular or politically incorrect.  New verses were later inserted in the Qur’an in order to deflect the damage from Surah 53:19, which caused many of Muhammad’s disciples to denounce Islam, and those who remained in the religion to declare him temporarily under Satanic influence.  Muhammad said the Qur'an was the final holy book for mankind, and Muslims claim that it was penned in heaven, however historians and other scholars debunked that claim with research that concludes the Arabic used in the text is in the dialect and vocabulary of someone who belonged to the Quraysh tribe.  Within the Qur'an's pages, Muhammad re-invented accounts of the Holy Bible, confused its characters, and twisted Scriptures.  Today, the book is filled with revisions, interlinear glosses, additions to the margin, deletions and substitutions, pieces cut off from one passage and placed elsewhere, and passages written on the back of others.  Muhammad's newfound religion gained strength and popularity through his Allah-inspired bloody campaigns against the prosperous Jews of Mecca and Medina.  The plunder from the Jewish villages sealed the financial security of Muhammad and his disciples, who then undertook Islamizing Arabia.  Islam eventually dominated Arab lands.  In the 9th century, Bible translators in the region, attempting to produce an Arabic Holy Bible as an alternative to the Qur'an, acquiesced to the demands of Muslims, who insisted that the name Allah be used as a replacement for G-d's memorial Name in the Scriptures.  G-d's memorial Name for all time as recorded in Exodus 3:15 is The G-d of Abraham, The G-d of Isaac and The G-d of Jacob, which reaffirms His Covenant relationship with the Jewish People.  By replacing G-d's memorial Name with Allah, the Word of G-d was perverted, the Holy Bible for Arabic-speaking audiences was Islamized, and ill-gotten credibility was conferred upon the Qur'an, Muhammad and his pre-Islamic Arabian deity.

The Jews are not the occupiers in Israel.  The Arabs and Muslims are.

The so-called “palestinians” derived not from the Aegean, non-Semitic ancient Philistines who dwelled in Caanan, as claimed, but rather from Arab and Muslim transient and landless migrants and peasants from the lands neighboring Israel.  These Semites squatted on Jewish soil in search of work and better living conditions during several waves of Aliyah - Jewish Return.  Others were imported wholesale by the Turkish government during its occupation of the Jewish Homeland from 1516 to 1917.  From the period of Roman domination until the British occupation in the early 1900s, the Promised Land was reduced to a territory of transmutable, provincial subdivisions; yet, in spite of the ruthless conquerors, Jews maintained a continual presence there from their last major expulsion in C.E. 70 until current.  The “palestinian refugee” problem began in 1948 when Arab and Muslim leaders enticed and intimidated the “palestinians” into leaving their homes so that the Arab and Muslim armies could obliterate the Jews as they were building the modern state of Israel.  Upon losing the war they initiated, the Arab-Muslim bloc shut the door of citizenship on the unanticipated “refugees” and imprisoned them in perpetual camps along their borders.  Official censuses were prohibited and the Arab and Muslim leaders grossly exaggerated the “refugee” population figures in order to draw world attention to the situation.  During this time, the United Nations General Assembly anomalously created the United Nations Relief and Work Agency (UNRWA) specifically for “palestinian refugees,” even though the United Nations (UN) alreadly had a refugee agency in place.  Disregarding the established UN definition for refugee, UNRWA created its own definition for “palestinian refugees.”  This resulted in one international standard for the world's refugees, whose descendants were not included in the UN definition, and another international standard for the “palestinian refugees” whose descendents, down to the third generation, were included in the UNWRA definition.  The UNWRA definition included Arabs and Muslims living in “palestine” for only two years prior to Israel’s statehood, as well as those “palestinians” from the 1967 Six-Day War that was initiated by the Arab-Muslim bloc.  The double-standard resulted in the world's refugees mainstreamed into society and their descendants absorbed within their respective host countries, while the “palestinian refugees” remain to this day in their camps, totally dependent upon UNWRA aid and services; with all the time in the world to make trouble.  What is more, the distribution of UNWRA ration books were used to provide statistical information on the “palestinian refugee” figures, yet no eligibility test was conducted during the distribution effort.  Consequently, the ration books were issued freely to the multitudes of poverty-stricken Arabs and Muslims in the region who were neglected by their own respective governments, and these recepients of the UN aid never even lived in “palestine” and would oftentimes sell the ration books on the black market and then return for more, which they did receive.  This is how the Arabs and Muslims claim their exaggerated “refugee” figure of 4.6 million, which, when combined with their “right-of-return” claim, poses an existential threat to the Jewish State -- quite in keeping with the “palestine” Liberation Organization Charter that, in spite of former President “Bill” Clinton's assurances, still aims to obliterate Israel in phases.  Between 1948 and 1973, the Arab-Muslim bloc embarked upon a massive, clandestine, officially ignored program of illegal immigration to Israel.  It was during this period that Arab and Muslim leaders realized their armies could not overcome the Jewish State militarily, so they injected a two-decade-old myth of nationality, concocted by Arab activist Musa Alami, into the downtrodden “palestinian refugees” in order to create identity, and stir up self-respect, and anger.  In “The Lesson of Palestine,” published in the Middle East Journal in October 1949, Alami argued: “How can people struggle for their own nation when most of them do not know the meaning of the word?”  This strategy to win the war against the Jews through a powerful delusion of ideas has served the Arab-Muslim bloc well in its quest to Islamize the entire Greater Middle East, for the anger and suffering of the “refugees” only intensifies as the Arab and Muslim leaders remain obstinate in their refusal to repatriate their own peoples back into their natural homelands.  These exploited, radicalized “refugees” are being used as publicity weapons in Islam's propaganda war, which, under the guise of human rights, is artfully advancing its global revolutionary agenda via a made-for-television real-life drama that tugs at our global village's collective humanistic heartstrings and turns public opinion against Israel.

A two-state solution will not bring peace.  It will be the precursor to accelerate Islam’s world conquest:

The “palestinians” have been reduced to human weapons in a proxy war for Islam with the stated purpose of wiping the  “Zionist entity” off the map, in keeping with a multitude of surahs that vilify and damn the Jewish People, and of Ahadith, which describes an Islamic divine order when the hour will come for the Muslims to annihilate the Jews.  Should 95% of Judaea and Samaria, the so-called “west bank,” become judenrein to accommodate a two-state solution, the genuine democratic check would be removed from the area, which would then be afflicted by a convergence of Islamic terrorist groups from the west and east banks.  Such a development atop the strategic hills of the Jewish Heartland would provide a foothold for enemy states such as Iran and Syria that are sponsoring the terrorist operations inside Israel, and this would pave the way for an Islamic takeover of this critical area of the Fertile Crescent Region.  The move would tie together the Asian and African continents to form a vast Islamic sea, which would act as a catalyst for the transformation of the Greater Middle East into a borderless Shari'ah superstate.  This sweeping act of amalgamation would radically alter the existing balance of power on the world stage.  It would be at this opportune time, when Islam has a firm grip within its upgraded sphere of influence, and the “palestinians” have full control over the highly symbolic east Jerusalem and the Temple Mount reslutant from the two-state arrangement, that Islam would use this provocative platform to elevate itself to the status of the official supreme religious order before a world audience.  The Ummah would be incited to wage an unprecedented multi-faceted worldwide jihad that would be initiated from this theater and insurrections would break out within the host countries in order to accomplish subversive ascensions to power. 

Mollifying and pandering to Islam will not bring harmony.  It will embolden Islam’s adherents:

Instead of sanitizing Islam, whitewashing its malfeasant leaders, bankrolling their agendas, and re-engineering unhinged societies in hopes of keeping the middle-of-the-road Muslims from crossing over to the fundamentalist side of the Islamic street, America should devise a compelling daw’ah program to be implemented domestically and abroad.  A daw’ah is a summons or an invitation.  It can be issued to an individual, a region, or to an entire country.  Former President George W. Bush was issued several Islamic daw’ahs intended for America.  Recall when he kissed a Qur’an that was presented to him at the White House roundtable by a group of Muslims, some tied to terrorist organizations.  That was a daw’ah, and his kissing the Qur’an signaled to the Ummah that our country was favorable to receiving Islam.  Other daw’ahs followed, including one from Iran’s president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.  This was an effort to further clarify, for the Ummah, America’s stance on receiving Islam.  Islamic daw’ah centers are taking hold in America, and daw’ah projects are underway.  These are foreboding developments for our open society because the daw’ah brings with it an expectation that the recipient will embrace Islam, which must be the victor over all other religions according to the Qur’an.  Islam’s adherents, who are primed to believe they are supreme and who view the world as a huge mosque whereby anywhere they set foot is holy ground to be conquered for Allah, anticipate that America will submit to Islam and to the Shari’ah law that will follow.  If America refuses to submit to Islam, the daw’ah will eventually be followed by an offensive jihad, accompanied by insurrection.  America could counter this development to some extent by issuing to Muslims daw’ahs based upon our Judeo-Christian foundation.  The more earnest America’s collective effort in this regard, the less the grave and gathering threat to our home front.  Muhammad, in order to legitimize his own authority, endorsed the Holy Bible, even though he distorted Scriptures, and demonized Jews and Christians upholding its message.  Those middle-of-the-road Muslims who are genuinely interested in pursuing peace should be invited to read non-Islamized Holy Bibles carefully and prayerfully, as this would help deepen their understanding of what Muhammad already approved, and self-improvement is considered an important aspect of an individual's internal jihad.  Depending upon the situations that present themselves, such invitations could be accompanied by offers of counsel, clarifications, and prayer, or the pages of the Holy Bible can simply speak for themselves.  The Holy Bible will demonstrate that The G-d of Abraham, The G-d of Isaac and The G-d of Jacob is the G-d of all Creation Who has a Redemptive Plan for Mankind.  Although G-d did not recognize Ishmael as the son of the Covenant Promises, Muslims could take solace in Isaiah 56:6-8, which states that all men can partake in the bountiful Blessings of the Kingdom of G-d if they bind themselves to the G-d of Israel, hold fast to His Covenant, and uphold His Torah.  Scriptures will reveal that G-d changes neither His Name, nor His Mind, and regardless of the shortcomings of the Jewish People, His Gifts and His Call are irrevocable.  Scriptures as a whole will point to love as the sum of Torah.  Scriptures will show that G-d’s Eyes are too pure to look upon human sacrifice; He does not require girls to have their genitals mutilated in order to preserve their virginity; He did not deem that men are supreme and free to torture their wives, and He is displeased when children are conditioned to hate.  Scriptures will also warn Muslims that those who sow for their destructive nature, destruction they will reap.  The inclusiveness, guidelines and redlines mapped out in the Holy Bible would give those Muslims seeking truth life-changing passages to ponder, for they are accustomed to brotherhood, regulations and management.

I encourage you, as leaders of an America that is at an important crossroad in dealing with this decisive conflict, to cast aside the superficial, secular wisdom of man that has only deepened the divide, and, instead point Muslims to our country’s Judeo-Christian roots.  G-d wishes that none would perish.  Only His Truth will set men free.

Alongside the daw'ah program, some other matters to consider are:

•withdrawing the membership and support of United States from the United Nations and creating a new alliance of loyal, trustworthy allies that conduct business justly

•conducting a full investigation into UNWRA's misdeeds that extend to present day

•terminating the Annapolis process and its two-state solution and providing sound counsel to Israel's leaders

•pressuring the Arab-Muslim bloc to repatriate the “palestinian refugees” back into their natural Arab and Muslim homelands

•terminating the Department of Justice's funding for the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Islamic Society of North America

•prohibiting Shri'ah Compliant Banking

•continuing a sustained military effort in the Greater Middle East

•developing a citizen-based compulsary military service system

•developing an accelerated readiness program for our nation's security teams

Considering that Islamic terrorism is gaining momentum and earning the support of rogue regimes and miscreant groups that are racing to arm themselves with nuclear weapons, and that this violent movement has largely been met with silence and a lack of self-examination within the Muslim community, the only clear solution is to abandon the denials of reality and appeasement policies and deal with this dilemma in a position of raw honesty and unwavering strength, tapered by balance and mercy.  Business as usual will only cause this proliferating problem to worsen.

The season for change is upon us.  Will America rise to the occasion and act with honorable motives and G-dly wisdom, or will she be Divinely weighed on the Scales and found wanting?  He Who formed the eye is watching.
